如何培养出合格的临床医师,住院医师规范化培训是关键,出科考试是检验轮转效果的重要手段之一。该文分析了传统的出科考试存在的问题、轮转出科在线考试的优点,阐述了系统平台的设计思路和题库构架、人机对话考试的组织实施等,总结了实施效果。
The standardized training of residents is the key to cultivate qualified clinicians. Examination is one of the important means of testing the rotation effect. The article analyzes the existing problems of traditional examination and the advantages of online examina- tion system for resident rotation. It explains the philosophy platform design, the framework of test questions database and the organiza- tion and implementation of the ＂man-machine dialogue＂ exam. Effect is summarized in the end.
