头孢拉定稳定性研究

摘要 头孢拉定为第一代头孢菌素类抗生素,广泛用于尿路及呼吸道感染,是目前临床应用最广泛的抗生素之一。研究了酸溶解液p H值、结晶终点p H值、湿度、温度和光照5个因素对头孢拉定稳定性的影响。得出在结晶酸溶解液初始p H值约为2.1,偏低的结晶终点p H值,较低的存储时温度及湿度,无光或弱光条件下,头孢拉定的稳定性较高,利于它的储藏。本研究对提高头孢拉定稳定性并进一步扩大其应用有非常重要的作用。 Cefradine is the first generation of cephalosporins, which is used in the treatment of urinary and respiratory infection and is one of the most often used antibiotic. The influnces of p H value of dissolved liquid and crystallization end point,humidity,temperature and illumination five factors on the stability of cefradine were studied dissolved liquid initial p H value is 2.1, p H value of crystallization end point is low, storage temperature and humidity is low, the stability of cefradine is higher thereby easy to store.The research has a very important role in improving the stability of cefradine and further expanding its application.
