摘要
目的：建立复方头孢氨苄胶囊的流动注射分析法。方法：利用头孢氨苄在碱性条件下与Ｎ，Ｎ－ＤＰＰＤ的颜色反应，采用流动注射分析法测定了制剂中头孢氨苄的含量。结果：头孢氨苄浓度在５～１００μｇ／ｍｌ范围内与信号强度呈良好的线性关系，线性回归方程为Ｈ＝１．６３ｃ－４．２８（ｒ＝０．９９９９），平均回收率为１００．５％，ＲＳＤ为２．３％（ｎ＝１１）。结论：适于复方制剂中头孢氨苄的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE:To develop the assay of compound cephalexin capsules by flow injection.METHOD:Cephalexin was reacted with N,N-DPPD (N,N-diethyl-p-phenylene-diamine sulphate)in alkaline solution and formed blue product.The procedure was developed for measuring cephalexin in pharmaceutical formulation. RESULTS: The linear range was 5～100 μg/ml,the average recovery 100.5%,and RSD 2.3%(n=11).CONCLUSION:The method can be applied to determine cephalexin in compound cephalexin capsules.
