摘要
利用正交试验对利福霉素钠结晶工艺优化,将碳酸氢钠溶液滴入SV醋酸丁酯洗后液中,控制最佳结晶条件为:SV萃取液效价为:80 000~90 000 r/mL左右,碳酸氢钠溶液浓度在6%,反应温度在30℃,结晶完全后快速降至10℃以下,搅拌速度控制在中速偏快即可。在此条件下可以保证产品质量和收率。
The crystallization process of Rifamycin Sodium was optimized by orthogonal design of experiments.The results show that adding sodium bicarbonate solution into the washed butyl acetate solution of rifamycin,SV extract liquid titer is about 80 000~90 000 r/mL,sodium bicarbonate solution concentration is 6%,reaction temperature is 30 ℃,after complete crystallization the temperature should fast be reduced to less than 10 ℃,stirring speed is little fast than middle speed,under the conditions quality and yield of our products can be guaranteed.
