摘要
目的编制临床护理教师自我管理测评问卷,并进行信效度检验。方法经过文献研究、开放式问卷调查形成初始问卷,然后经专家评定及预调查进行修改,对535名临床护理教师进行探索性因素分析,检验问卷的信效度。结果临床护理教师自我管理测评问卷由责任意识、自我认知、自主学习、职业价值观、人际关系、情绪管理、时间管理7个维度构成,共48个条目。可解释的总方差为60.31%。其内容效度比为0.958,总问卷的Cronbachgd系数为0.933,各分问卷的Cronbachgd系数为0.817~0.960。结论:临床护理教师自我管理问卷的信度和效度较好,能很好地应用于临床护理教师自我管理的相关研究。
Objective To develop the self - management questionnaire for clinical nursing teachers and test its validity and reliability. Methods The draft questionnaire was formed through literature review and open questionnaire survey and revised through Delphi method and a preliminary test. Exploratory factor analysis, reliability and validity test of the questionnaire was conducted in 535 clinical nursing teachers. Results The questionnaire with 48 items was established, including 7 factors of responsibility consciousness, self - awareness, self - directed learning, occupational value, interpersonal relationship, emotional con- trol and time management, which explained 60.31% of the variance. The eontent validity index of the questionnaire was 0. 958. The Cronbach's α coefficient was 0. 933 for the whole questionnaire and 0. 817 - 0. 960 for the dimensions. Conclusion The self - management questionnaire for clinical nursing teachers has a good reliability and validity, and can be used in the measurement of clinical nursing teachers" self - management.
