Effects of Diets Diluted with Rice Husk at Early Age on Growth Performance,Slaughter Performance and Organ Index in Yangzhou Geese

摘要 试验旨在研究早期饲喂稻壳稀释日粮对扬州鹅仔鹅生长、屠宰性能及器官指数的影响.将260只21日龄扬州鹅公鹅随机分成4组,每个处理组设5个重复,每个重复13只.21~28日龄对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别饲喂7%、14%、21%稻壳稀释日粮,29~70日龄全部饲喂日粮2.结果显示:饲喂稻壳稀释日粮对28~63日龄仔鹅体重产生了显著影响(P<0.05),稀释比例与体重呈显著一次线性关系(P<0.05或P<0.01),70日龄各组扬州鹅体重差异不显著(P>0.05);稻壳稀释日粮对扬州鹅全期生长性能未产生显著影响(P>0.05),但对21~49日龄平均日采食量有显著影响(P<0.05);稻壳稀释日粮对70日龄屠宰率、腹脂率和腿肌率有显著影响(P<0.05或P<0.01),呈显著一次线性关系(P<0.05).表明早期饲喂7%、14%、21%稻壳稀释日粮均能使仔鹅获得补偿性生长,对出栏体重影响不显著,并能改变仔鹅的屠宰性能,增加脂肪沉积. This experiment was conducted to study the effect of diets diluted with rice husk at early age on growth performance,slaughter performance and organ index in Yangzhou goslings. Two hundred and sixty 21-day-age male Yangzhou goslings were randomly divided into four groups, each group had five replicates and thirteen goslings per replicate. During 21 to 28 days of age,the control group were fed with basal diets 1 and experimental groups were fed with basal diets 1 with by 7%, 14%, 21% rice husk, respectively. During 29 to 70 days of age, all goslings were fed with basal diets 2. The results were showed as follows: Diets diluted with rice husk at early age had significant effect on body weight during 28 to 63 days of age (P〈0.05),and there was a significant linear correlation dilution rate and body weight (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01),however, there was no significant difference on body weight at 70 days of age among four groups (P〉0.05); Diets diluted with rice husk at early age had no significant effect on growth performance at the whole experiment period (P〉0.05),but had significant effect on average daily feeding intake during 21 to 49 days of age (P〈0.05);Diets diluted with rice husk at early age had significant effect on dressing percentage,abdominal fat percentage and leg muscle ratio in goslings at 70 days of age (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). It was concluded that 7%, 14%, and 21% rice husk in basal diets could lead to compensatory growth of goslings,and had no significant effect on market- ing weight,as well as improve slaughter performance and increase fat deposition.
