摘要
文中通过分析多种营养因素对肉鸡肌肉生长的影响,认为在肉鸡生产中适当增加日粮中的能量和蛋白质水平,补充必需氨基酸和微量元素,采用一定的限饲技术等,均可不同程度的提高肉鸡肌肉产量,改善肌肉的品质。
This article analyzed the effects of some nutritional factors on the growth of muscle in broiler chickens, find objected that enhancing proper energy and protein level, supplement with necessary amino acid and trace elements, or using certain forms of feed restriction could improve muscle production and meat quality in different degrees.
