摘要 冠状动脉CT血管造影(CCTA)只能提供冠状动脉的解剖学信息,却不能检测具有临床意义的心肌缺血。近年来,基于CCTA图像评价冠状动脉功能性狭窄的新兴技术日益发展。本文就这些新兴技术的发展状况及未来应用潜力进行综述。 Coronary CT angiography (CCTA) can accurately assess the anatomic coronary artery disease, but it cannot define functionally significant stenosis. Recently, several methods have been developed to evaluate lesion-specific ischemia based on routinely acquired CCTA datasets. In this paper, the current status of these novel methods and future perspectives were reviewed.
