摘要
将高速公路突发事件影响区分为保护区、控制区和缓冲区,基于基础交通导控策略,提出突发事件下不同区域路网交通导控策略集合及优化流程,以排队长度、总延误时间和冲突数之和最小为目标建立交通导控策略决策支持模型,结合VISSIM微观交通仿真技术采用遗传算法对模型进行求解,最后结合实际案例验证了文章所提出的模型和算法的有效性。模型及算法的提出可帮助交通管理部门在高速公路突发事件下选择适当交通导控策略。
The impact area of incident is divided into protection, control and buffering area in the paper, and traffic control strategies sets and optimization process under emergency incident of freeway are proposed, followed by the establishment of traffic management and control strategy optimization model based on minimum delay and confliction, and this model is solved by genetic algorithm combination with VISSIM simulation. Finally an example is used to verify the proposed model and algorithm validation. Research results can help traffic management department to choose suitable traffic control strategies under the emergency incident.
