摘要
为了表征实行弹性工作起始时间的车流在交通高峰时段内的路网旅行成本,并得到路网车流的最优错峰出行策略,提出了交通错峰出行2层模型。模型上层负责对路网车流出行策略集合进行遍历,模型下层针对上层的每个出行策略,采用基于离散随机网络的动态交通流分配方法,仿真车流在路网中的并发路由及出发时间均衡特性,求出路网车流交通旅行总成本,策略集合遍历结束后就可确定最优错峰出行策略。模型仿真揭示了影响最优策略选择结果的主要因素,给出了特定条件下最优策略选择方向上的变化规律,可为制定城市路网错峰出行政策提供参考。
To represent the travel cost of traffic of implementing the flexible work-start time in networks during the rush hour,and then to obtain the optimal travel strategy of staggered shifts,a traffic staggered-shifts two-level model is proposed,in which the upper-level is to traverse a set of strategies,and the lower-level,thus according to the each strategy determined by the upper-level,via the theory for dynamic traffic assignment of discrete stochastic network,is to simulate the vehicle-driving features of stochastic dynamic simultaneous route/departure time equilibrium,and the total travel cost is calculated.When the traversal of the set of the strategies is finished,the optimal strategy is hence determined.The simulation not only reveals the primary factors affecting the selected results of the optimal strategy,but also reveals the changing law of selected directions of the optimal strategy under certain conditions,which can be of reference values for making urban transportation regulations of staggered shifts.3 tabs,4 figs,9 refs.
