摘要
【目的】探讨依靠编委会的高端专家资源、创办新的栏目给科技期刊带来的特色化发展。【方法】分析《中国实用内科杂志》创办院士论坛和高端论坛栏目的背景、过程及效果,总结打造科技期刊高端栏目的经验。【结果】通过精心设计和策划,发挥了名家效应,两个栏目4年内各发表文章30余篇,中国知网统计结果显示,文章的阅读量和下载量均是每期杂志文章的前三位。【结论】创新与特色是期刊的生命力源泉,编辑应该围绕办刊宗旨,找准期刊定位,发挥主动性和创造力,积极调动编委会中的高端专家资源。
[ Purpose] This paper explores the characteristic developments in sci-tech journals brought by founding new columns with the help of the high-end experts of the editorial board. [ Methodology ] The discussion analyzes the founding background, process and effect of high-end columns in the Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine, and summarizes its experience to create high- end columns. [ Findings ] Through the elaborate design and planning, thirty papers are published in both columns and they are to play the famous effect. The statistical results of CNKI show that the amount of downloads are top three in each article in the journal. Conclusions] It shows the characteristic and innovation are the sources of vitality for the journal. Editors should focus on the purpose and orientation of the journal, give full play to their initiative and creativity, and actively mobilize the experts in the editorial board.
