摘要
糖皮质激素已在临床各科多种疾病的诊断和治疗上广泛应用。很多因素包括药物本身的药代动力学、给药剂量、时间、患者的个体代谢差异、药物维持时间均会影响糖皮质激素的治疗效果及副反应的发生。因此,严格掌握糖皮质激素治疗的适应证,合理制订糖皮质激素治疗方案,重视疾病的综合治疗,注意监测糖皮质激素的不良反应,停药反应和反跳现象是糖皮质激素应用的基本原则。
Natural and synthetic glucocorticoids have been widely used in both endocrine and nonendocrine disorders： A number of factors affect both the therapeutic and side effects of glucocorticoids, including the pharmacokinetic of the glu- cocorticoids,daily dose, timing of doses during the day, individual differences in steroid metabolism, and the duration of treatment. Despite its efficacy, steroid-induced side effects generally require tapering of the drug as soon as the disease being treated is under control. Tapering must be done carefully to avoid both relapse of the disease and possible cortisol deficiency resulting from hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis suppression.
