摘要
视障阅读的特殊性决定其阅读方式多元化。数字网络化环境为视障阅读方式拓展提供了机遇,同时也遭遇变革实践中的挑战。需拓展视障阅读方式的深度和广度,才能促进公共视障阅读服务向广覆盖、高效能的方式转变。
The particularity of visually handicapped reading decides the diversification of its reading mode. The digital network environment provides opportunity and challenge for the development of visually handicapped reading mode. It needs to develop the depth and width of visually handicapped reading mode,in order to change the public visually handicapped reading service to widely cover and highly effectiveness.
