摘要
针对当前专门为盲人设计的附带有产品信息识别功能的盲人用品比较匮乏之现状,设计和制作了一台盲文便利贴打印装置。盲文便利贴打印装置采用带龙门式机械结构的数控点胶控制系统并借助紫外固化成型技术,实现了在便利贴上快速生成有利于盲人触摸阅读的凸状盲文。经实例证实:该盲文便利贴打印装置具有很好的操作性,使用者无需学习盲文也能轻松通过该装置配备的汉盲翻译软件自动转换并输出规范的盲文,并以可贴附于目标物体表面的便利贴形式提供给盲人使用,且经紫外固化的点胶状盲文具有防水、耐磨的优点。
In view of the current situation that the blind supplies with product information recognition function designed for the blind are scarce,a braille convenient sticker printing device is designed and manufactured. The braille convenient sticker printing device adopts the NC dispensing control system with the gantry mechanical structure and the ultraviolet curing molding technology to realize the rapid generation of the convex braille on the convenient sticker for the blind people to touch and read. Examples show that： the braille convenient sticker printing device has good maneuverability. The user can easily convert and output the standard braille through the chinese-braille translation software provided by the device without the need to learn braille,and it is provided to the blind in the form of a convenient sticker which can be attached to the surface of the target object; and the spot colloidal braille cured by UV has the advantages of waterproof and wear-resisting.
