摘要
阐述了食品行业对食品质量与安全专业毕业生的要求,针对目前食品质量与安全专业实践教学体系存在的不足,从培养目标、教学内容和保证措施方面提出构建有效的实践教学体系。
Request of food profession to food quality and safety graduate has been elaborated, an effective practice teaching system has been established in view of existence in sufficiency of food quality and safety. And the training objectives, teaching content and assurance measures are proposed to build an effective practice teaching system.
