摘要
本文在分析目前我国地方高校食品科学与工程专业实践教学不足的基础上,确立了构建新工科食品科学与工程专业实践教学体系的指导思想和基本原则,重新建构了食品科学与工程专业的实践教学体系,包括条件体系、课程体系、内容体系、管理体系和评价体系五大部分,为培养创新型、应用型食品专业人才奠定坚实基础,也为相关专业的实践教学改革起到参考作用。
Based on the analysis of the current problems of practical teaching of food science and engineering speciality in local universities in China,this paper established the guiding ideology and basic principles for the construction of practical teaching system of food science and engineering specialty in the new engineering disciplines,and reconstructed the practical teaching system of food science and engineering speciality including teaching condition,curriculum,content,management and evaluation.It not only plays an important role in the cultivation of innovative talents with high quality in food specialty,but also the exemplary role of practical teaching reform of related majors.
