摘要 研究利用射频识别技术开发的纺织企业仓库管理系统及其应用效果。通过介绍射频识别技术的基本原理,设计了基于射频识别技术的纺织企业仓库管理系统的硬件组成和软件系统,并对企业仓库货物入库、出库、盘点、移库等作业流程进行了优化。结果表明,系统可以提高仓库的利用效能,提高仓库管理的效率。认为,纺织企业仓库管理系统能降低劳动强度和仓库管理成本,提高纺织企业核心竞争力。 Warehouse management system in textile enterprises developed using radio frequency identification technology and its application effect were studied. By introducing basic theory of radio frequency technology, hard components and software system of warehouse management system in textile companies based on radio frequency identification technology were designed. Workflow including goods warehousing,outgoing, taking inventory, ware- house shifting and so on in company warehouse were optimized. The results show that usage efficiency of ware- house can be improved by using the system. Management efficiency can be increased. It is considered that labor in- tensity and warehouse management cost can be reduced by using warehouse management system in textile compa- nies. Core competitiveness of textile enterprises can be improved.
