贵州省2013年疟疾疫情流行病学分析 被引量:12

Epidemiological analysis of malaria epidemic in Guizhou Province in 2013

摘要 目的分析2013年贵州省疟疾流行特征,为制订消除疟疾策略和措施提供依据。方法收集2013年贵州省疟疾防治资料、现场调查、疟疾监测结果和中国疾病预防控制中心疾病监测信息报告管理系统网络报告疟疾病例,分析2013年贵州省疟疾流行病学特点。结果网报疟疾发病人数12例,较2012年的16例下降了25.00%,发病率为0.034/10万,较2012年0.046/10万下降26.09%,均为国外输入性病例。贵州省疟疾诊断参比实验室对12例网报病例进行复核,其中,间日疟3例,占25.00%,恶性疟8例,占66.67%,卵形疟1例,占8.33%。结论 2013年全省疟疾防治措施落实,首次实现了全省无本地感染疟疾病例报告,首次报告卵形疟病例。境外输入性疟疾病例数与去年同比无变化,病例分布范围较2012年缩小,感染虫种增加至3种。境外输入性疟疾将是今后贵州省疟疾防控工作的重点,应加强对流动人口的监测和防控。 Objective To analyze epidemic features of malaria in Guizhou Province in 2013 and to provide evidence formaking eliminating malaria strategy. Methods The data of malaria prevalence, malaria control and prevention in GuizhouProvince in 2003,were collected and anlayzed.Results The 12 malaria cases were online reported a drop of 25.00% than in2012. The incidence was 0.034/100 000 dropped by 26.09% compared with 0.046/100 000 in 2012.The 12 cases wereimported abroad including 3 Plasmodium vivax malaria cases accounted for 25%, 8 Plasmodium falciparum malaria casesaccounted for 66.67%%, 1 Plasmodium ovate malaria case accounted for 8.33%. Conclusion Malaria control measures werewell implemented in the whole province and it was the first year without report of local malaria case and the first time of reportof Plasmoodium ovale malaria case. The number of the foreign imported malaria cases the same as the previous year, thusimported malaria cases from abroad,would be the focus of malaria control and prevention in this province, and the malariamonitoring and management of mobile population should be strengthened.
