摘要
疟疾是经按蚊叮咬感染疟原虫所致的虫媒传染病,撒哈拉以南非洲是全球疟疾流行最严重的地区。近年随着国际贸易的日益频繁,我国输入性疟疾病例呈不断增加趋势,非洲、东南亚为我国输入性疟疾病例的主要来源地。本文对全球疟疾流行现状及我国输入性疟疾流行状况进行综述,为制定消除疟疾防控策略提供依据。
Malaria is an infectious disease caused by Plasmodium infected Anopheles mosquito,Sub Saharan Africa is the most serious endemic areas in the world. The most serious endemic areas in the world In recent years,international trade has become more and more frequent,imported malaria cases in China showed an increasing trend,Africa,Southeast Asia is the main source of infection for imported malaria cases in China. In this paper,the global malaria epidemic situation and imported malaria epidemic situation in China were reviewed,to provide a basis for the development of malaria prevention and control strategies.
