摘要
为观察复方亚甲蓝局部注射加内括约肌部分切断术对混合痔术后镇痛的临床疗效，将300例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组150例。治疗组采用复方亚甲蓝局部注射加部分内括约肌切断术治疗，对照组采用复方亚甲蓝局部注射治疗，比较两组患者术后镇痛效果。两组镇痛效果：治疗组Ⅰ级120例，Ⅱ级29例，Ⅲ级1例；对照组1级48例，Ⅱ级81例，Ⅲ级21例。结果表明，复方亚甲蓝局部注射加部分内括约肌切断术用于混合痔术后镇痛，具有起效时间短、维持时间长、镇痛作用强等优点。
This study was to observe the analgesic effects of local injection of compound methylene blue plus partial internal sphincterotomy on postoperative mixed hemorrhoids,300 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 150 cases for each group.Treatment group received local injection of compound methylene blue plus partial internal sphincterotomy,while the controls received only local injection of compound methylene blue.Both groups were compared for the analgesic effects.The results of analgesic effects：in treatment group,120 cases were of grade Ⅰ ,29 cases of grade Ⅱ ,one case of grade Ⅲ ;in control group,48 cases were of grade Ⅰ,81 cases of grade Ⅱ ,21 cases of grade Ⅲ.It is concluded that local injection of compound methylene blue plus partial internal sphincterotomy for postoperative analgesia is of quick action, prolonged maintenance and potent efficacy.
