摘要
目的:分析抗抑郁药联合α受体阻滞剂在治疗慢性前列腺炎中的临床应用效果。方法:选取2015年2月~2016年8月洛阳市第三人民医院收治的67例慢性前列腺炎患者作为此次研究的分析对象,并按随机分配数字表达法将其分为研究组与对照组。其中,对照组的总例数为33例,给予该组患者α受体阻滞剂、安慰剂及植物制剂进行治疗;研究组的总例数为34例,给予该组患者抗抑郁药联合α受体阻滞剂进行治疗,观察并比较两组的临床疗效、焦虑、抑郁评分及慢性前列腺症状指数评分。结果对照组的总有效率(81.82%)比研究组(97.06)低,研究组的焦虑(15.34±3.45分)、抑郁评分(14.27±4.21分)低于对照组(焦虑评分为34.26±3.67分、36.35±4.32分),对照组的慢性前列腺症状指数总体评分(26.01±4.11分)高于研究组(13.15±3.78分),有统计学差异存在(P<0.05)。结论:将抗抑郁药联合α受体阻滞剂应用于慢性前列腺炎的治疗中,能有效地改善患者的焦虑、抑郁症状,建议临床应用与推广。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of antidepressant combined with alpha blocker in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.Method:From February2015to August2016,67patients with chronic prostatitis in Luoyang Third People's Hospital Urology Luoyang City were selected asthe object of this study,and they were divided into the study group and the control group by random distribution of digital expression.Among them,the total number of cases in the control group for33cases,given the group of patients with alpha blockers,and placebo treatment plant preparations;total number of patients in study group was34cases,the patients were given antidepressants combined with alpha blockers for treatment,observationand clinical efficacy of the two groups,the scores of anxiety and depression and chronic prostatitis symptom index.Results:The efficiency of thecontrol group(81.82%)was lower than the study group(97.06%);the study group anxiety(15.34±3.45)and depression score(14.27±4.21)waslower than that of control group(anxiety score was34.26±3.67,depression score was36.35±4.32),chronic prostatitis symptom index total scorein the control group(26.01±4.11)was higher than the study group(13.15±3.78),(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of antidepressants andalpha blockers in the treatment of chronic prostatitis can significantly improve the anxiety and depression symptoms of patients,and suggest clinicalapplication and promotion.
