摘要
采用热CVD制备了图形化碳纳米管阵列薄膜。着重研究了生长温度、催化剂结构对碳纳米管形貌的影响。结果表明,当温度<800℃时,生长的碳纳米管纯度较低;当温度为850℃时,生长为碳纤维;当生长温度为800℃时,生长纯度较好的碳纳米管,但碳纳米管垂直性较差。采用Al/Fe催化剂结构,生长出图形化的阵列化碳纳米管薄膜。
Using thermal CVD to prepare graphical nanotube array films .Focuses on the growth tempera-ture,catalyst structure of the carbon nanotube morphology .The results showed that when the temperature is less than 800 ℃, the growth of low-purity carbon nanotubes;When the temperature is 850 ℃, the growth of carbon fibers;When the growth temperature of 800℃,the better the growth purity carbon nano-tubes,but the carbon nano-tube vertically poor.Using Al/Fe catalyst structure,graphical grown carbon nanotube array films .
