摘要
目的:观察附子理中汤的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:SPF级小鼠40只,按体质量随机分为5组,分别为空白组,柳氮磺胺吡啶组(20 mg·kg-1),附子理中汤高剂量组(0.45 g·kg-1)、中剂量组(0.225 g·kg-1)、低剂量组(0.1125 g·kg-1),除空白组予以等量纯水外,其余各组灌肠给予相应药物,连续7 d。末次给药后,采用二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀法,观察附子理中汤的抗炎效应。SPF级雄性小鼠45只,分组及给药方法同上,采用热板法,观察附子理中汤的镇痛效应。SPF级小鼠50只,按照同样的方法分组、给药,末次给药后,采用醋酸扭体法,观察附子理中汤镇痛效应。结果:与空白对照组比较,附子理中汤高剂量组、中剂量组显著抑制SPF小鼠耳肿胀度,抑制率分别为44.5%、37.7%,明显减少小鼠扭体次数,抑制率分别达28.89%、26.08%(P<0.01),给药后各剂量组的痛阈也明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:附子理中汤具有较好的抗炎镇痛作用。
Objective :Anti-inflammatory analgesic action of observation in aconite center-rectifying decoction. Methods :40 SPF mice ,ac- cording to body mass divided into 5 groups randomly, the control group, WNSP group (20 mg · kg- 1 ), aconite center-rectifying decoc- tion in high dose group (0.45 g · kg-1 ) ,MD group (0.225 g · kg-1 ) ,LD group (0. 112 5 g · kg-1 ) ,in addition to the control group to be amount of pure water, the rest enema to give appropriate drugs. Seven agents, after the last dose, mouse auricle swelling caused by using dimethylbenzene, observe the anti-inflammatory effect of aconite soup. 45 SPF male mice, the same way for grouping and dosing method, using the hot plate method to observe the analgesic effect of aconite center-rectifying decoction. 50 SPF baby mice, according to the grouping and dosing in the same way, after the last dose, using acetic acid twisting method, observe the analgesic effect of soup in ac- onite. Results : Compared with the control group, aconite center-rectifying decoction in HD & MD group was significantly inhibit of SPF mice ear swelling degree,inhibition rate are 44.5 percent and 37.7 percent, Significantly reduce the times of mice body torsion,inhibi- tion rate are 28.89 percent and 26.08 percent (P 〈 0.01 ) ,each dose group after the treatment of pain threshold is improved obviously ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : In aconite center-rectifying decoction has good anti-inflammatory analgesic action.
