摘要
目的——调查19个STR基因座在山西汉族人群中遗传多态性,为其法医学应用提供基础数据。方法采用Golden Eye20A STR荧光标记复合扩增试剂盒,对山西汉族554份无关个体进行扩增,利用3130XL遗传分析仪对扩增产物进行电泳分型,统计19个STR基因座的等位基因频率和法医遗传学参数。结果——获得19个STR基因座的等位基因频率分布,分别检出14、9、19、17、15、9、8、11、8、8、11、8、10、8、20、8、13、12、17个等位基因,并分别获得19个STR基因座的Ho、He、DP、PM、PE及PIC等法医遗传学参数。结论——19个STR基因座组成的复合扩增系统在山西汉族人群中具有较高的遗传多态性和识别能力,可以应用于法医学个体识别和亲子鉴定。
Aim: to study the genetic polymorphism of 19 short tandem repeats (STR) loci in Han Nationality of Shanxi province and provide basic data for forensic medicine application. Methods: allele frequency of 19 STR loci and parameter for forensic genetics were made by using Golden Eye 20A STR compound amplification reagent kit, amplified 554 unrelated individuals of Han Nationality of Shanxi province and did electropherotyping to the amplified products by 3130XL genetic analyzer. Results: got the distribution of allele frequency of 19 STR loci. 14, 9, 19, 17, 15, 9, 8, 11, 8, 8, 11, 8, 10, 8, 20, 8, 3, 12 and 17 alleles were found and the param- eter for forensic genetics such as Ho, He, DP, PM, PE and PIC of 19 STR were obtained. Conclusion : compound amplification system composed of 19 STR loci is highly polymorphic and identification ability and suitable for forensic individual identification and paternity testing in Han Nationality in Shanxi province.
