摘要 现阶段民办高校研究型教师自身发展面临诸多障碍,如主管部门政策歧视,科研资助缺位;学校重视程度不够,重教学轻科研,科研软环境欠佳;教师科研意识不强,职称晋升色彩过浓;等等。而其培育策略则为:主管部门清理歧视性科研政策;学校层面推行科研工作量抵充制度,优化科研工作软环境;研究型教师自身加强学术生涯规划,提升学术核心竞争力。 Nowadays, research oriented teachers in private colleges face many developmental barriers:discrimi-nation policy of administration department;lack of research funding;colleges pay more attention on teaching and less attention on research, the soft environment of research is poor;the low scientific research awareness of teachers them-selves, high job promotion and title competition, etc.The training strategies are:head of administration department should clear up discriminatory research policy on private colleges;at the school level, offset system of scientific re-search load should be promoted in order to optimize soft environment of scientific research.The research oriented teachers themselves should reinforce their academic career plans and improve academic core competencies.
