摘要
利用Fluent软件对搅拌器搅拌过程进行单相(水)三维数值模拟,研究3种不同类型桨叶在不同搅拌速度和有无挡板条件下搅拌器的搅拌特性,并用搅拌实验结果验证了数值模拟的合理性。同时,搅拌器单相流场数值模拟结果为搅拌器放大提供了充分的理论依据,为搅拌器的优化设计奠定基础。通过理论研究与实验验证相结合的方法,分析了影响搅拌性能的因素,减少了实验时间和成本,对搅拌器的实践工程应用有指导性意义。
The Software of Fluent is used in 3D numerical simulation in blender mixing process of single phase (water). This paper studies the stirring characteristics of three different type blades under the condition of different stirring speed with or without baffle. The stirring experimental results validate the rationality of the numerical simulation. The results of single phase flow field numerical simulation provide theory basis for the optimization design of agitator. The theoretical research and experimental verification are used to analyze the influence factors of the mixing performance. The experimental time and cost are reduced. It has the guidance significance on the practical engineering application of stirrer.
