摘要
通过数值模拟的方法,分析搅拌罐内的流场规律,研究泥浆罐搅拌器混合系统的混合过程。利用三维数字建模软件Autodesk Inventor建立泥浆罐搅拌器三维模型,应用CFD计算软件的FLUENT软件模拟泥浆罐内钻井液的混合过程,选用标准湍流模式模拟湍流状态。
Through numerical simulation, the flowing rule about flow field in the agitator tank is analyzed and the mixing process of slurry tank mixing system is studied. The slurry tank mixer 3 D model is simulated by Autodesk Inventor 3D modeling software and mixing process of the drilling fluid in the slurry tank is simulated with the help of CFD software FLUENT; the standard turbulence model is selected to simulate turbulent flows.
