摘要
搅拌是生产企业对物料进行称量或配料之后的重要工序。搅拌机的搅拌自动控制系统广泛应用于耐火材料厂、砖厂、饲料厂、药厂等企业。对搅拌机这样较大型设备的搅拌过程进行自动控制，对提高企业的生产效率，提高产品质量至关重要。笔者根据多年的工控软件开发实践，通过开发实例，介绍最新、最优质的开发工具与方法。
Mixing is one of the most important processes after weighing or batching. Automatic control sys- tems of mixers are widely used in manufacturing refractory material, bricks, feed, and medicine, and thus are vi- tally important in improving productivity and quality. This paper presents, through several development cases, the latest tools and methods for developing industrial control software on the basis of years＇ experience and practice.
