摘要
分析了塑料提手零件的工艺特点,运用Moldflow软件对塑料提手零件注塑成型过程进行了CAE模拟分析,利用最佳浇口位置、气穴、填充、熔接痕、翘曲分析功能,对成型的工艺性进行了优化,提高了模具设计的效率和准确性,降低了设计成本,提高了质量,生产出了合格零件。
The technical characteristics of the plastic handle are analyzed ,and the CAE ana‐lysis of injection process is performed by Moldflow software in this paper .The process is optimized by analyzing the best gate location ,air traps ,filling ,weld lines and warpage . The efficiency and accuracy of mould design are improved .This mould design can reduce the cost and improve the quality .Practice proves that the handle products can satisfy the re‐quirements .
