摘要
目的:研究风险管理在神经内科病房中的应用效果。方法:选取神经内科病房实施风险管理前的70例患者作为对照组,将实施风险管理后的70例设为观察组,将两组案例的风险事件发生率、患者满意度及服务质量进行比较。结果:神经内科病房在实施风险管理后,其风险事件发生率明显低于对照组;实施风险管理后患者的满意度为87.1%,实施前为45.7%,差异具有统计学意义;护理质量较对照组有显著的提高。结论:在神经内科病房中实施风险管理有助于降低风险事件的发生率,提高护理质量与患者满意度。
Objective：To study the effect of risk management in the wards of neurology department.Method：70 cases of patients were selected to set control and observation group respectively,then compared the risk rate,satisfaction of patients and the quality of service of this two groups with before and after the implementation of risk management. Result：After implementing risk management in the wards of department of neurology,the risk rate was significantly lower than that of the control group.The degree of significant in the observation group was 87.1%,those in control group was 45.7%,showing significant difference.The quality of care increased remarkably when compared to control group. Conclusion：The implementation of risk management in the wards of neurology department can reduce the incidence of risk and improve the nursing quality and satisfaction of patients.
