摘要
目的通过介绍风险管理在口腔护理中的应用,针对各个环节中存在的隐患,建立完善的风险管理体系,保障医疗安全,从而有效减少医患纠纷的发生。方法佛山市口腔于2009年8月建立风险管理监控小组,小组成员通过学习风险管理相关知识、明确相关职责与实施方法,对风险进行识别、评估、分析、计划、积极应对,对发生的风险进行汇总、分析和记录风险管理在这一过程中的有效性。结果通过一系列安全护理体系的实施,患者的医患交叉感染率由4.7%降低到1.9%,同时患者满意度也得到很大程度的提高,收到良好的效果。结论应用严谨的管理质量体系有助于降低护理管理中存在的风险;充分认识医疗风险,加强风险识别,提高护理人员的综合素质是避免风险的前提。
Objective Through the introduction of the risk management in oral nursing for the application in various links,the hidden trouble in,establish and improve the risk management system,ensure medical safety,thus effectively reduce the occurrence of medical disputes.Methods Our August 2009 we established risk management monitoring group,team members through learning risk management relevant knowledge,clearly related responsibilities and implementation method of risk identification,analysis,evaluation,plan,to actively respond to the risks to happen,collect and analysis and record risk management in this process effectiveness.Results Through a series of safe nursing system implementation,the patient doctor-patient cross infection rates by 4.7%,and reduced to 1.9% patient satisfaction has also been greatly improved,receive the good result.Conclusion The application of rigorous management quality system helps to reduce the risk in nursing management;Fully understand medical risk,strengthen risk identification,improve the comprehensive quality of nursing staff is to avoid the risk of premise.
