摘要
目的:调查优质护理服务应用在神经内科,改善护理质量及患者的满意度的。方法:组织学习相关文件,组织有关领导和护理骨干到开展优质护理服务示范工程的上级医院学习,考察,简化服务流程,将基础护理和专科护理有机的结合。结果:患者满意度提高,陪护率降低,护士主动服务意识增强。结论:神经内科开展优质护理服务有利于提高护理质量,提升护理服务水平。
Objective: To survey applications of quality care in the department of Neurology, improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction. Method: Organized nurses to study the relevant documents, Organized leadership and outstanding nurses to draw and study, to the hospital which had been carrying out the quality care, Simplified the process of service delivery, combined the primary care and specialist care.Result: Patient satisfaction was Increased, chaperoned rate decreased, and the active service awareness of nurses had been enhanced.Conclusion : Carry out quality care in Neurology department, could improve the quality of care, and enhance the level of care.
