摘要
目的：探讨责任小组护理在糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取本院2013年8月~2014年3月收治的70例糖尿病患者作为研究对象，按照护理方法的不同分为观察组（40例）和对照组（30例）。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用责任制小组护理，比较两组的健康知识评分、护理前后的血糖水平及生活质量。结果观察组的健康知识评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组护理后的HbA1c、FBG、2 h PG水平显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的健康感觉、躯体感觉、睡眠状态等生活质量评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论责任小组护理能够将护理时间还给患者，并提高糖尿病患者的护理质量，改善血糖控制效果和生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of responsibility system of team nursing in diabetic nursing. Methods 70 cases with diabetics in our hospital from August 2013 to March 2014 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to different nursing methods.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given responsibility system of team nursing.The score of health knowledge,blood glu-cose level before and after nursing,quality of life in two groups was compared. Results The score of health knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The level of HbA1c,FBG,2 h PG in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The score of quality of life such as health feeling,somatic sensation and sleep state in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Responsibility system of team nursing can offer the nursing time for patients,enhance nursing quality in diabetics,and improve the effect of blood glu-cose control and quality of life.
