摘要
目的探讨小组包干责任制护理模式在优质护理服务示范病房的实施效果。方法选择菏泽市立医院首批开展的优质护理服务示范病房消化内科为试点病房，采用小组包干责任制护理模式排班分管患者，比较实施此护理模式前后6个月各项护理质量评分、患者健康知识知晓率、患者对护理工作的满意度及呼叫器响铃次数。结果实施小组包干责任制护理模式前消化内科各项护理质量评分分别为基础护理（88.4±3.8）、危重护理（91.5±2.1）、护理安全（86.9±4.3）、护士长管理（90.10±2.9）、三基考核成绩（89.5±4.0），患者健康知识知晓率为（77.4±8.3）%，患者对护理工作的满意率为83.1%，每天每人呼叫器响铃次数为（4.40±1.71）；实施小组包干责任制护理模式后，各项护理质量评分分别为基础护理（95.4±3.2）、危重护理（94.0±2.2）、护理安全（95.2±2.6）、护士长管理（92.9±2.8）、三基考核成绩（91.2±3.0），患者健康知识知晓率为（90.0±4.2）%，患者对护理工作的满意率为96.1%、每天每人呼叫器响铃次数为（1.22±1.02）。两组各项指标比较，差异均有统计学意义（t/χ2值分别为8.245，6.863，4.036，2.323，2.121，8.383，53.374，11.284；P〈0.05）。结论实施小组包干责任制护理模式有助于提高护理质量及患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of the application of group responsibility system in quality nursing care model ward. Methods Nurses were divided into groups to charge patients in digestive medical ward in Heze municipal hospital. Six months after the application of group responsibility system nursing model, nursing quality, the rate of patients＇ knowledge about health, patients＇ satisfaetion, and tinging times of pager were observed and compared to the data that nursing model was not adopted. Results Before and after the application of group responsibility system nursing model, the score respectively were ： basic care （ 88.4 ± 3.8 vs 95.4±3.2）, intensive care （91.5 ±2.1 vs 94.0 ±2.2）, nursing safety （86.9 ±4.3 vs 95.2 ±2.6）, management of head nurse （90. 10 ± 2.9 vs 92.9 ± 2.8 ）, the score of three basics assessment （ 89.5 ± 4.0 vs 91.2 ± 3.0）, the rate of patients＇ knowledge about health [ （77.4 ± 8.3 ） % vs （ 90.0 ± 4.2） % ], patients＇ satisfaction on nursing （83.1% vs 96. 1% ）, ringing times of pager （4. 40 ± 1.71 vs 1.22 ± 1.02） ,and significant difference was found （ t/χ2 = 8.245,6. 863,4. 036,2. 323,2. 121,8. 383,53. 374,11. 284, respectively; P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The application of group responsibility system nursing model can improve the quality of nursing and the patients＇ satisfaction.
