摘要
根据双向反射分布函数反演功率谱密度,利用得到的功率谱密度函数指导镜面加工,理论推导结果合理,已经用于实际镜面加工。
Power spectral density, being deduced according to bidirectional reflectance distributionfunction, is used for guiding mirror finishing. The method is proved with theoretical derivation and has been applied to mirror finishing.
