摘要 采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定钼制品中钙的含量,传统的分析方法上机前处理须采用8-羟基喹啉萃取分离,消除钼的干扰,步骤繁琐、流程长、灵敏度较低。火焰原子吸收法采用柠檬酸络合的前处理方式,在空气-乙炔火焰中直接测定水相不仅快速简便、操作性强,且灵敏度高、检出限低、结果准确可靠。为提高测定精度,采用均匀设计法对测试仪器的工作参数进行优化试验设计,从而确定仪器最佳测定条件。试验中还探讨了共存离子对测试结果的干扰、样品处理过程中柠檬酸的最佳用量以及加标回收试验等问题。 The conventional calcium content determination method applied 8-Hydroxyquinoline as extraction separation in its pre-treatment to remove molybdenum interference. It had the disadvantages of long process, complicated steps and low sensitivity. The newly developed FAAS used citric acid as a complexing agent for sample pretreatment. The aqueous phase was determined directory in the air-ethyne flame. FAAS boasts features of simple performance, low detecting limit and accurate and reliable testing results. The optimal parameters of instrument are determined by Uniform Design Experimentation. The interference of coexisting ions is also researched and the volume of citric acid in sample pretreatment is optimized as well.
