不同龄大鼠胃酸、胃内细菌与胃肠道感染的相关研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究不同鼠龄大鼠胃内pH值的变化与胃部细菌的关系,观察胃内细菌变化是否能导致大鼠胃肠道的炎症反应。方法Wistar大鼠30只,其中3月龄的非老龄大鼠20只,22月龄的老龄大鼠10只,分为非老龄奥美拉唑组、非老龄对照组和老龄组。2w后测大鼠胃内pH值,取大鼠胃组织做细菌培养,观察大鼠是否有腹泻,并做胃组织病理切片检查。结果与非老龄对照组大鼠相比,老龄组大鼠胃内pH值、胃部细菌数量无明显差异(P>0.05);非老龄奥美拉唑组大鼠胃内pH值、胃部细菌数量差异明显(P<0.01)。3组大鼠实验期间未发现明显的腹泻,观察病理切片,胃组织无明显炎细胞浸润。结论胃内pH值与胃部细菌数量不随鼠龄的增加而变化。随胃内pH值升高,大鼠胃部细菌数量增加,但未发生明显的胃肠道炎症。
