轴心受力H型钢PEC组合柱承载能力分析 被引量:13

摘要 近年来国内对型钢混凝土组合结构的研究应用已经非常广泛,但就型钢混凝土部分外包组合柱的研究仍较少。为了研究H型钢混凝土组合截面部分外包组合柱(PEC组合柱)的极限承载力、稳定性及刚度,利用有限元ANSYS软件,对3组共18根构件(12根PEC组合柱,6根H型钢柱)进行单向轴心受压模拟试验,观察了试件加载后的变形情况及截面应力云图,提取数据绘制出型钢对混凝土的约束曲线。根据模拟结果分析了试件的强度承载力、稳定性承载力及刚度等力学性能。为了验证模拟的可靠性,选取1 m不同截面的两根PEC组合柱进行轴向加载试验。结果表明:PEC组合柱具有较好的变形能力;PEC组合柱的强度承载能力、稳定性及刚度比单独型钢柱均有提高;混凝土对防止型钢柱的局部屈曲起良好作用;型钢对混凝土的约束能力随型钢的高宽比的减小而增加;试验结果与模拟结果吻合较好,证实了模拟的可靠性。研究为后续的试验研究提供了合理的理论依据和参考。 Recently, composite structures of shaped steel vestigations on partially encased concrete (PEC) shaped concrete are widely applied. However, insteel composite columns are insufficient. In order to study the ultimate bearing capacity, stability and stiffness of PEC H-shaped steel composite columns, the axial compression analysis of 18 specimens (12 PEC composite columns and 6 H- shaped steel columns) stress nephogram of th was carried out using the software ANSYS. The deformation and sectional e specimen after loading were observed, and the curve that reflected the restraint of shaped steel to concrete was plotted using the extracted data. According to the results, the mechanical properties of the specimen including the bearing capacity, stability and stiffness were an- alyzed. In order to verify the reliability of simulation, two PEC composite columns of different cross sections were selected and axial loading tests were carried out on them. The results show that PEC composite column has a good deformability, and the bearing capacity, stability and stiffness of the PEC composite column are higher than those of pure steel column; that concrete is good for preventing local buckling of steel column, and the capacity that steel restrains concrete decreases with the increase of aspect ratio of H-shaped steel. Test results and simulation results are in good agreement, which confirms the reliability of the simulation. The research provides a theoretical basis and reference for subsequent experimental study.
