摘要
为解决现有胡椒鲜果脱皮机脱皮不彻底导致含杂率高、脱皮力不当导致果核破碎及果核保护膜破损导致白胡椒色泽不理想等问题,在分析现有胡椒机械加工工艺的基础上,研制出螺旋式胡椒鲜果脱皮机。该机通过螺旋网面挤压胡椒鲜果,胡椒鲜果表皮在螺旋网面及容器内壁发生摩擦作用以完成脱皮。试验结果表明:螺旋式胡椒鲜果脱皮机的脱皮率达93%以上,且果核损伤率低于3%,符合设计要求。
In order to solve the existing pepper fruit peeling machine is not completely , as a result of improper impurity rate is high, the peeling force stone crushing, stone protective film damage leading to problems such as white pepper co lor is not ideal , on the basis of analyzing the existing pepper machinery processing technology , developed a spiral pep-per fruit peeling machine .The machine net surface by screw extrusion pepper fruit , pepper fruit epidermis in spiral sur-face and to complete the container wall friction effect peeling .Experimental results show that spiral pepper fruit peeling machine peeling rate above 93%, and core damage rate below 3%, comply with the design requirements .
