摘要
在室内土槽中对13种不同结构参数的全方位深松部件的土壤阻力和碎土质量进行了试验测定。经分析提出,全方位深松部件的合理结构参数为水平刀起土角30°,侧刀切土角25°,侧刀在横垂面内的倾角45°,侧刀在纵垂面内的后倾角30°;水平刀与左、右侧刀均采取下磨刃方式。侧刀切土角和侧刀在横垂面内的倾角对碎土效果有影响,但水平刀起土角、侧刀在纵垂面内的后倾角和水平刀长度对碎土效果没有影响。
13 working parts of bulk subsoilers with different parameters are tested,and the soil resistance and the degree of pulverization are measured and tested in the soil- bin.According to the test results,a group of the reasonable construction parameters is obtained,those are the cutting angle of share 30°,the cutting angle of side knives 25°, the incline angle of side knives in the cross section 45°,the incline angle of side knives in the longitudinal section 30°,and the edges of share and side knives are all bottom- beveled.The cutting angle of side knives and the incline angle of side knives in the lon- gitudinal section have some effects on the degree of pulverization,and the other three parameters have little effect.
