摘要
介绍平整机轧辊镜面加工技术,重点介绍了电化学-机械抛光工艺的装置组成、原理、技术特点和使用效果,采用电化学-机械振动抛光加工工艺,轧辊表面粗糙度Ra可达0.02~0.03μm,钢板经平整,表面粗糙度由原来的0.3~0.4μm加工后达到0.03~0.05μm,为生产一致性好的高精度光亮表面带钢,找到了有效途径。
The temper mill roll mirror machined technology was introducted. The composition,principle,technical characteristics and application effects of the electrochemical mechanical polishing unit were emphatically introduced. By using the electrochemical-mechanical vibration polishing process,the roll surface roughness could reach 0. 02 ~ 0. 03 μm. The surface roughness of the steel plate after leveled could reach 0. 03 ~ 0. 05 μm from the original 0. 3 ~ 0. 4μm. The effective solutions was found to producted the high-precision and good-consistent bright surface strip.
