摘要
介绍了精密模具电火花镜面加工的意义及国内外电火花镜面加工的研究概况。在讨论电火花镜面加工机理的基础上 ,对镜面加工的工艺参数、加工设备、影响因素等问题进行了分析 ,并对精密模具电火花镜面加工的主要关键技术进行了讨论 ,包括镜面加工脉冲电源的设计、镜面加工电火花控制系统、电极和工件材料的影响因素。
An introduction was made on the significance of EDM machining the mirror surface of precision mould and on the research status of China and foreign countries on EDM machining the mirror surface. On the basis of discussing the principle of EDM machining the mirror surface, the technological data, machining equipment and affecting factors on machining the mirror surface were analyzed. And a further discussion was made on the key technology for EDM machining the mirror surface of precision mould, including the design of the impulse power supply for the machining, the EDM controlling system, the affecting factors of the electrode and the material, the processing technology of powder-mixing working liquid.
