摘要
【目的】建立一种能同时检测食用菌中吡虫啉、啶虫脒、多菌灵和除虫脲农药残留的方法,为食用菌的安全生产提供保障。【方法】以乙腈作为提取溶剂,采用氨基柱净化后用甲醇溶剂+二氯甲烷(体积比5∶95)进行洗脱,用高效液相色谱二极管检测器测定,外标法定量。【结果】吡虫啉、啶虫脒、多菌灵和除虫脲在0.02-3.00μg/m L的质量浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9992-0.9996,检出限分别为0.002、0.005、0.005和0.006 mg/kg。在3个添加水平的回收率试验中,4种农药的平均回收率为83%-106%,RSD为0.5%-3.4%。【结论】研究建立的可同时检测食用菌中吡虫啉、啶虫脒、多菌灵和除虫脲农药残留的方法简单、快速,且方法的灵敏度、准确度和精密度均较好,能满足农药残留分析的要求。
[Objective]A method determining the pesticide residues of imidacloprid, acetamiprid, carbendazim and diflubenzuron in mushrooms was established to guarantee safety production of edible mushrooms. 【Method】Acetonitrile was added in the sample as extraction solvent. The sample was purified by NH2 solid phase extraction cartridge with dichloromethane+methanol eluting solvent(95∶5), and then detected by HPLC. 【Result】The results showed that a good linearity existed in the range of 0.02-3.00 μg/m L with the linear correlation coefficients of 0.9992-0.9996. The detection limit of imidacloprid, acetamiprid, carbendazim and diflubenzuron respectively was 0.002, 0.005, 0.005 and 0.006mg/kg. The mean recovery rate of them ranged from 83% to 106%, and the relative standard deviation ranged from0.5% to 3.4%. 【Conclusion】The established method of determining the pesticides residue of imidacloprid, acetamiprid,carbendazim and diflubenzuron in edible mushrooms is simple, rapid, precise and sensitive, which can meet the requirements for pesticide residue analysis.
