摘要
为解决弹载记录器可靠性低的缺陷,对弹载记录器进行了靶场试验以及回收后的失效原因分析,总结出弹载记录器失效的主要原因是壳体失效和电路体失效,找出了记录器的薄弱环节,并对其的壳体及电路进行了抗高过载优化。最后通过实际试验验证弹载记录器的抗高过载值达到1.7×104g,验证了记录器抗高过载设计的可行性,为记录器可靠性的增强以及弹体飞行数据的准确获取奠定了一定基础。
For solving the problems of recorder failure,range experiments and failure reasons,that the main reason is and circuit body. he weakness on recorder andcircuit. Finally experiments the recorder over-load performanceup to 17 thousands G the feasibility of the high over-load design. The optimization foundation for enhancing recorders reliability and getting the projectile flight data accurately.
