摘要
2007年,人事部与教育部联合下发了《关于高等学校岗位设置管理的指导意见》,高校岗位设置管理工作由此拉开序幕,至2012年首轮岗位设置工作基本完成。高校实现了岗位化管理,人事制度改革获得极大成就。但如何做好首轮岗位设置的后续管理工作,已成为高校人事管理工作者不可回避的问题。本文在提出实践中存在问题的基础上,提出相应的解决对策。
In 2007, the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Education jointly released " On the Guidance of Post Setting up Management in Universities". The work of post setting up the management in universities began at that time, up to 2012 the first round of post setting work had completed. The post management of universities is implemented, the personnel system reform is made tremendous achievements. But how to do the next works well in the first round of subsequent management of post setting work is inevitable for the staff in university personnel management. In this paper, on the basis of the questions existed in practice,the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
