摘要
岗位设置与聘用管理工作是建立和完善高等学校人力资源管理制度的重要组成部分。在全国各地高校落实国家关于事业单位岗位设置工作的同时,首轮岗位设置与聘用管理工作所存在的各种问题也初见端倪。本文从落实事业单位岗位设置与聘用管理工作的实际入手,重点针对高校岗位设置与聘用管理工作中存在的问题和下一步修订和完善意见进行论述。
Post setting and employment management are an important part in establishing and improving human resources management system. While universities across the nation are implementing the national policy of the post setting in public institutions, many problems emerge from the first - round post setting and employment management. Based on the reality of the post setting and employment management in public institutions and aiming at the existing problems in universities, this paper puts forward some suggestions about the modifi- cation and improvement for the next step.
