摘要
为确定S区块二类油层注高分子质量聚合物溶液的可行性,通过实验确定出聚合物溶液的阻力系数和残余阻力系数,并分析其流动特征,建立了聚合物与油层匹配性的研究方法。通过室内不同渗透率岩心流动实验,研究分子质量为1 600×10^4~1 900×10^4聚合物溶液在不同浓度条件下与二类油层的匹配性。结果表明:高分子质量聚合物溶液可有效改善二类油层的油水流度比,驱油效果较好,且注入过程中不会造成不可逆堵塞,与二类油层具有较好的匹配性。该研究为S区块二类油层实施开发调整措施提供了可靠依据。
In order to confirm the feasibility to inject high molecular polymer solution in type-II oil layer,Block S,the resistance coefficient and residual resistance coefficient of polymer solution have been worked out through experiment and its flow features have been analyzed. Research approach to match polymer and oil layer has been established. Through core flow experiment with different permeability in lab,the match of polymer solution with molecular weight from 1 600 × 104 to 1 900 × 104 of different concentration and type-II oil layer is investigated. The results indicate that high molecular polymer solution can effectively improve the oil/water mobility ratio of type-II oil layer and the effect on oil displacement is favorable. Furthermore,in the process of injection,it will not generate the irreversible blocking,which means that the solution has good compatibility with type-II oil layer. The research provides reliable criteria for the operation,development and adjustment in type-II oil layer in Block S.
