摘要
依据聚合物溶液过滤因子的检测原理,借鉴国内外相关检测仪器,利用现代控制和检测技术,研制了新型聚合物溶液过滤因子自动检测仪. 该自动检测仪采取“称重法”替代“容积法”,消除了1.0 mL的体积测量误差,测量精度提高10倍以上,而且还提高了工作效率,减轻了劳动强度.
According to the detection principle of filter factor of polymer solution in oilfield and the shortage of the detection instruments in existence, a full automatic detector of polymer solution filter factor is developed based on model measuring and controlling technology. The volume measuring of polymer solution on the electronic balance weighing is replaced by graduated cylinder measuring in the detector, with which 1ml error of volume measuring is removed. The detection shows that this instrument can not only improve the work efficiency and ease the intensity of labor, but also enhance more than ten times the detection precision.
