摘要
分析了影响聚合物注入速度的因素 ,研究了速度和有效粘度的关系 ,结果表明 ,聚合物溶液的驱替速度的选择直接影响聚合物溶液的有效粘度 ,因此也将影响采收率 .在室内试验的基础上 ,考虑到油层的实际条件 ,应用前缘驱替理论 ,得出了一种确定最佳注入速度的新方法 .应用该方法可计算不同井距的最佳注入速度 ,最佳速度范围 ,即在稍高于临界流变速度的区间 ,该区间内聚合物驱采收率最高 .通过对大庆油田的实例分析证明 。
With the injection of polymer, percolation resistance force increases and injection pressure closes to fracture pressure. It is difficult to improve the injection rate which usually does not reach the value the numerical simulation project claimed. Thus the injection rate the project requires is out of the question. In this paper, we analyzed the factors that affect the injection rate. We also studied the relation between rate and effective viscosity and result shows the rate has direct effecton effective viscosity, further on the recovery. Through corresponding indoor polymer flooding experiment we found that exists an optimal displacement rate scope. The recovery for polymer flooding is highest while the injection rate locates in the area higher than critical rheological rate. Based on the result of indoor experiment, considering the real formation condition after polymer flooding, a method for determining reasonable polymer injection rate is proposed using frontal displacement theory for polymer flooding. Optimal injection rates for different well spaces are calculated. An example in Daqing, the biggest oil filed in China, is given for validating which shows the method founded is accurate and of great value.
