摘要
目的分析门诊患者对自助就医系统的了解和使用情况,为改进完善该系统提供依据。方法自行设计调查问卷,随机抽取2013-01/06月到作者医院门诊就诊的1300名患者为调查对象,分析患者对自助就医系统的了解和使用情况。结果 50.58%的门诊患者选择自助服务。在自助取号、办卡、充值、挂号、打印、查询、评价8项系统中,知晓率、使用率和满意度最高的依次为自助取号、叫号系统,自助打印系统,自助挂号、查询系统。结论自助系统在门诊服务中发挥了重要的作用,宣传引导是提高自助服务使用率的有效方式,及时跟进是解决自助服务运行问题的应对途径。
Objective To analyse the acknowledgement and utilization situation of self-service medical system of patients in clinic, and supply reference to improve the system.Methods Self-designed questionnaire was applied to 1300 randomly selected patients administrating in the authors" department. Their acknowledgement and utilization situation of self-service medical system was analysed.Results 50.58% clinic patients chose to use the self-service system. Among 8 selbservice items including getting queue number, getting card, recharging, registration, printing, inquiring and evaluation, the acknowledgement and utilization rates and satisfaction degree were highest of getting queue number, printing and inquiring.Conclusion Self-service system plays the important role in clinic service. Propagandation and guide are effective to increase the utilization rate of self-service. Timely follow-up is the coping path to solve the issues during the selfservice process.
